We are committed to improving quality of life by providing sustainable, compassionate, comprehensive, health care services
Enrolling with us
We are currently enrolling new patients. Because there are so many people who don’t have a GP, we are giving preference to individuals and whanau who are not enrolled with another practice or who are new to the district.
We are happy to enrol whanau groups, children, and babies.
We particularly welcome people who live locally, in Roslyn, Terrace End, Kelvin Grove, and Papaioea.
Why does it matter?
Being enrolled with a general practice gives you access to subsidised primary health care when you need it. General practice is also the gateway to a range of services, including medicines, diagnostics, specialists, hospital services, allied health and mental health services.
If you are interested in enrolling, please fill out our enrolment form below and email it to admin@kaurihealthcare.nz or drop it in to our reception.
Enrolment Eligibilty:
You might be able to access free or subsidised health and disability services if you’re:
- a NZ citizen or permanent resident
- an Australian citizen or permanent resident who’s lived, or intends to live, in NZ for at least 2 years
- have a current work visa that is valid for 2 years or more from the start of their enrolment date
- under 17 and your parent or guardian is eligible
- an interim visa holder who was eligible immediately before you got the interim visa
- a New Zealand Aid Programme student receiving Official Development Assistance funding
