We are committed to improving quality of life by providing sustainable, compassionate, comprehensive, health care services

Enrolling with us

We are currently enrolling new patients. Because there are so many people who don’t have a GP, we are giving preference to individuals and whanau who are not enrolled with another practice or who are new to the district.

We are happy to enrol whanau groups, children, and babies.

We particularly welcome people who live locally, in Roslyn, Terrace End, Kelvin Grove, and Papaioea.

Why does it matter?

Being enrolled with a general practice gives you access to subsidised primary health care when you need it. General practice is also the gateway to a range of services, including medicines, diagnostics, specialists, hospital services, allied health and mental health services.

If you are interested in enrolling, please fill out our enrolment form below and email it to admin@kaurihealthcare.nz or drop it in to our reception.

Enrolment Eligibilty:

You might be able to access free or subsidised health and disability services if you’re:

  • a NZ citizen or permanent resident
  • an Australian citizen or permanent resident who’s lived, or intends to live, in NZ for at least 2 years
  • have a current work visa that is valid for 2 years or more from the start of their enrolment date
  • under 17 and your parent or guardian is eligible
  • an interim visa holder who was eligible immediately before you got the interim visa
  • a New Zealand Aid Programme student receiving Official Development Assistance funding
  • a commonwealth scholarship student
  • a refugee or protected person, or in the process of applying or appealing for refugee or protection status

Why Kauri HealthCare

The mature Kauri stands tall. In its canopy it is home to a ‘community’ of plants and animal life. It can best stand tall when it is part of a healthy forest.
For us, we want our Health Centre to stand tall in providing an excellent service that we can be proud of, supporting our community of patients. We know that we will do this better if we don’t try to stand alone but as an Integrated Health Centre we are part of the ‘forest’ of supporting health and community services.

My indici

MyIndici is the Kauri HealthCare patient portal. It gives you control over your health.

You can use MyIndici to book some routine appointments, get a reminder about your
appointment, order repeat prescriptions, or find out results from a procedure. You can see your medical information and your personal health plan. You can also contact your health professional by email through MyIndici.

We use MyIndici to send information to people. For example, we send people information about changes in our services, or when the influenza vaccination is available.

We also use MyIndici to send people reminders about their routine blood tests and screening services (such as cervical screening and cardiac screening).

To register for MyIndici contact our reception team. If you have trouble using MyIndici, or youcan’t get full access to all the functions, we will help you.

Our mission is to improve quality of life by providing sustainable, compassionate, comprehensive, health care services is our mission
